I bought these shoes for working 12 hour shifts in a busy ER. They are extremely comfortable for that, but the part about fitness is bunk. I work out and run regularly, and felt no difference, or signs that I was working any extra muscles wearing these. They are a little "tippy" and take some getting used to, plus they're basically ugly, but are the closest thing to comfortable after 12 hours on my feet saving lives ;) that I have found in 25 years. has the best price and best selection if you want plain white (for work) that I have found.
