Not much heavier than plastic fenders and a LOT more solid. Wald is now including Nyloc nuts which makes the installation much more secure. I wish Amazon sold the Wald balloon fenders too. I purchased these fenders to install on an older, rigid mountain bike. The fenders themselves are nice quality and lighter than I expected. The stays are basic Wald - bulky supports similar to those used on their baskets vs the round stays used on many fenders. No instructions are included and several modifications were required to install (fender stays had to be trimmed in order to mount to the eyelets on my bike and new mounting holes had to be drilled in the rear fender).The set includes enough hardware to assemble the fenders but doesn't come with nuts, bolts, and washers required to attach them to the bike. If you don't have extra hardware around, expect at least one trip to the hardware store. I had previously installed a set of SKS fenders on another bike, which came with enough hardware for several different installation configurations so I was a bit spoiled by that experience.If you're looking for good, basic, inexpensive fenders these are hard to beat if you don't mind the work to install them. If you want fenders that go on easily without modifications or requiring extra hardware, I'd recommend looking at a set from SKS. Good quality fenders. Really nice chrome. Baby Doll's Sucker I was SO excited for these because they look kind of orangey on line. And with a name like nutmeg, you'd think they would be. But they are a darker, ashy brown that is sort of blah. The leather seems nice-- a bit stiff, but they are new. I am sure they would break in just fine. I won't be keeping them because they are not as high as I wanted (I was hoping for a little closer to knee high).The heels are nice and they were very comfortable for just trying them on.But, again, I was underwhelmed by the color.

Well made, light weight shoe. Filled my needs perfectly. As noted in other reviews, these shoes do run at least one-half to one size smaller than what you expect from regular running shoes. Be sure to remember this when ordering.

Baby Doll's Sucker These boots are so smooth and supple, just what you would expect from Italian leather. They do run a bit small; I got an 8 but usually wear a 7. They are also on the narrow side, so if you have wider calves they probably won't zip up. But they are gorgeous boots and perfect for wearing in the rain! Just don't go jumping in deep puddles, as I imagine water would leak in through the zipper.

Boots run a half size large. These are very tight going on (narrow upper). I also bought the Perri's boot jack for removing the boots which works well and is a must. Very dressy looking,too nice for everyday.
